Acceptable Use

1. Consent and adult-only rule

Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Every person shown must be you or an adult who agreed to appear in the requested video. You must confirm this before each generation request. Public figures, celebrities, politicians, and influencers may not be used.

2. Content standards and prohibited categories

You may not create, attempt to create, upload, or distribute content in any of these categories:

• Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, sexualized depictions, or sexually suggestive content involving any real person.
• Violence or gore: threats, injury, weapons, blood, graphic violence, or content promoting harm.
• Hate speech: content attacking, demeaning, or threatening a person or group based on protected characteristics.
• Child-unsafe content (CSAM): any image, likeness, depiction, or sexualized content involving a person under 18. This is strictly prohibited.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: non-consensual likeness use, deceptive impersonation, fraud, defamation, political persuasion, or content intended to make viewers believe a person said or did something they did not.
• Copyright, trademark, and privacy infringement: material you lack rights to use, including protected artwork, logos, characters, songs, videos, or another person’s image.

3. Platform review and moderation

We may use automated checks and human review before or after generation to identify prohibited content, consent concerns, abuse, and safety risks. A request may be blocked before Credits are spent. A completed video may be held, removed, or disabled while reviewed. Automated tools can make mistakes; a human may review flagged material or a user appeal.

4. Reporting a concern

To report a video, photo, account, copyright issue, or non-consensual likeness use, email [email protected] with the relevant account email, video link or description, and enough detail for us to investigate. Do not include sensitive images in an email unless we specifically ask for them. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and act as appropriate based on severity and available information.

5. Enforcement

Depending on the violation, we may issue a warning, reject a request, delete or disable content, return Credits for a blocked request where appropriate, suspend or terminate an account, preserve records, or report illegal content to relevant authorities. Serious violations involving child safety, fraud, or deliberate non-consensual impersonation may result in immediate account termination.

6. Appeals

If you believe content was blocked or removed in error, contact [email protected] with the request date and a description of the issue. We will review the appeal and respond when reasonably possible.
