1. The service

AI Rap Duet Video is a digital service that lets customers create personalized AI-generated rap duet videos. Customers may create an account, buy one-time Credit packs, and use Credits for eligible video-generation requests. Each completed video request uses the number of Credits shown before the request is submitted.

Our planned video-generation model is Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance Seed. Model availability and performance may change as the service develops.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service or make a purchase. Keep access to your email account secure; it is used to sign in and manage your Credits. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Credits, payments, and refunds

Credits are digital, non-transferable units that can be used only within AI Rap Duet Video. Credit packs are sold as one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Prices, Credit amounts, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Waffo Pancake; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Unused packs may be eligible for a refund as described in our Refund Policy. If a paid generation fails, we aim to return the Credits used for that failed attempt. Credits have no cash value except where required by law.

4. Your photos, lyrics, and prompts

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process, and use that content only to operate the service, create and deliver your requested video, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Before submitting a generation request, you must confirm that you have the right to use each photo and that every person shown is an adult who agreed to appear in the requested video. Do not submit content involving minors, public figures, celebrities, politicians, non-consensual likeness use, harassment, impersonation, sexual exploitation, illegal activity, or material that infringes another person's rights.

Content standards, reporting, and moderation

You may not create, attempt to create, upload, or distribute: (1) sexual or NSFW content, including nudity or sexualized depictions of real people; (2) violence or gore, including threats, weapons, injury, blood, or promotion of harm; (3) hate speech or discriminatory content targeting a protected group; (4) child-unsafe content or any depiction of a person under 18; (5) deepfakes, non-consensual likeness use, deceptive impersonation, fraud, defamation, or content designed to mislead about a real person; or (6) content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

To report a video, account, copyright concern, or non-consensual likeness use, email [email protected] with a link or description and enough detail to investigate. We may use automated checks and human review before or after generation. We review reported or flagged content, and may block a request, hold or remove a video, return Credits where appropriate, warn, suspend, or terminate an account, or report illegal content to relevant authorities. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days.

5. AI-generated output

AI-generated videos can contain errors or unexpected results. We do not guarantee that every request will produce a particular style, likeness, or outcome. You must review output before sharing it and may not use output to falsely claim that a real person made a statement, performance, endorsement, or appearance.

Videos we deliver are labelled as AI-generated. You must not remove or hide that label, and you must use the relevant AI-generated-content disclosure when posting to a platform that provides one.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or improve features to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. We may refuse or remove requests that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the digital service, but it may occasionally be unavailable.

7. Suspension and termination

If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, submitted non-consensual or unlawful content, harassed or impersonated another person, interfered with service security, or attempted payment fraud, we may issue a warning, block a request, remove content, suspend access, or terminate your account. We may preserve information where necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and AI-generated output are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will meet a particular purpose or expectation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above shows the most recent revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
