2. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run the service: your email address and sign-in verification activity; account, Credit, and order records; messages you send to support; and technical information ordinarily sent by your browser, such as IP address, device/browser information, and request logs.

When video-generation features are available, we also process the photos, lyrics, prompts, selected scene, and other materials you submit, plus the generated video and delivery status. We record the date and wording of the consent confirmation completed before each request, and keep relevant safety-check and review results. Do not submit information or images you do not have permission to use.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, authenticate sign-ins, record purchases and Credits, process and deliver requested videos, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or misuse, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Payments

Checkout is provided by Waffo Pancake. Payment-card and payment-account details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by AI Rap Duet Video. We may receive limited payment information such as a transaction identifier, payment status, purchase amount, and purchased Credit pack so that we can confirm an order and add Credits to the correct account.

5. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate the site and its features, including Cloudflare for hosting and application infrastructure, Resend for sign-in emails, and Waffo Pancake for payments. When video generation is enabled, submitted materials may be processed by Seedance 2.5, a ByteDance Seed video-generation model, to create the requested video. We share information with providers only as needed to operate the service, protect users, meet legal requirements, or respond to a valid legal request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use uploaded photos or generated videos to train AI models.

6. Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos, derived staging images, and stored lyric text are deleted within 7 days after upload. Finished videos remain private to your account and are retained for up to 180 days after delivery, including when you delete them earlier, so that we can respond to payment disputes and verify delivery. After that period they are deleted permanently. Safety-check results and consent records are retained for up to 2 years for safety and compliance. Purchase records may be retained longer where accounting, tax, or legal obligations require it.

You may request account or personal-data deletion by emailing us. Removing a video from your account removes it from your library and disables its delivery links immediately; the private dispute-retention copy follows the 180-day period described above.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing, by contacting us. Rights may vary by your location. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Security, age, and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no internet service is completely secure. The service is for adults aged 18 and over; do not submit images of minors. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our service or legal obligations change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
